Biography
Hi, I’m Tom.
With a strong background in competitive sport, I developed the knowledge about training, nutrition, fitness, and mental focus necessary to push myself to compete with some of the best athletes in Great Britain. This drive helped me attain 4th place at the British Under 17 Athletics Championships in Javelin in 2009. After completing my A-Levels at St Marks Sixth Form in Harlow, I knew I wanted to set up my own sports business, helping others achieve their fitness goals through my extensive firsthand knowledge of the industry.
This led me to become a personal trainer. I then discovered WABBA Qualifications, the World Governing Body of Weight Training Instructors and Personal Trainers, with qualifications recognized in over 80 countries. I completed all course material with near-perfect scores across all areas of study, largely due to my previous experience and their first-class teaching. I began as a sole trader in August 2012 in Harlow, and in August 2015, I expanded to officially form a small business, a limited company, and grew my team to provide services to a greater number of people. I am also a fully certified First Aider through St John’s Ambulance Training Courses.
To me, this is not just a business anymore; it’s a passion. I consider myself very lucky to get up every day and help people from all walks of life. I love what I do.
