Biography

“Hello! I’m Natalie. I’m a Personal Trainer & Health Coach, having studied at the college of naturopathic medicine in London. I am an active, empathetic and positive individual with an avid passion for fitness and I train myself in a mixture of strength

training, netball and running.

 Coming from a wellness and health coaching background, I can help to support you to make changes in various aspects of your life from nutrition and exercise to sleep and stress. I can help support you with underlying illnesses such as autoimmune disease.

I train people within their limits and create realistic training programmes to achieve your goals. I have experience in small group personal training and 1-1. I am dedicated to helping you make changes as a lifestyle not a short term fix.

The word ‘personal’ in Personal training to me is the most important part, as I have the understanding that every single person is different, and I know that it isn’t one size fits all when it comes to training.
