Personal Trainer

Biography

Hi, I’m Daniel.

I have always been deeply involved in competitive sports, and I thrive on meeting new people who share my passion for health and fitness. Constantly seeking the next challenge, I’m a highly committed and determined individual who is dedicated to achieving both personal and professional growth.

My journey in fitness began early, driven by my enthusiasm for sports and a desire to improve my own skills. I believe that learning and evolving in fitness is a lifelong journey one that I can now pass on to others. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, I’m here to help individuals of all ages and abilities achieve real, lasting results.

I began my professional career by completing a two-year National Diploma at Harlow College, where I earned a Triple Distinction mark. From there, I moved into an apprenticeship with Lifetime Fitness, during which I completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor course. This was followed by my Level 3 Personal Trainer certification. Throughout this time, I gained a wealth of technical and practical knowledge, learning how to tailor training programs to meet the unique goals of each individual. I also developed a deep understanding of the importance of guidance, motivation, and support to help people progress on their fitness journeys. I am also a fully certified First Aider.

In addition to my qualifications, I have a strong competitive background in athletics. For over a decade, I competed at a high level with Woodford Green AC, representing Essex County Track and Field, and was regularly ranked among the top athletes in the UK. Since transitioning from athletics, I’ve focused on strength training and cardio, pushing myself in every session to continually improve. My competitive nature drives me to seek out new challenges and push my limits.
